Information you provide
When you submit the Contact form, CSESCO collects your contact name, phone number, email address, company or store name, request type, and the request details you provide. You may also provide a site location.
For a Schedule Service request, the form also collects the selected priority, problem asset, problem type when applicable, and an optional asset number. The information requested may vary based on the type of request selected.
Please do not include payment-card information, protected health information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the request form.
How CSESCO uses submitted information
CSESCO uses submitted information to review and respond to the request, contact you, coordinate service or project work, prepare a quote, provide customer follow-up, and carry out related business activities. The email address you submit is placed in the Reply-To field so an authorized CSESCO team member can reply directly to you.
How requests are routed
The website routes each request according to the request type you select:
- Schedule Service requests are delivered to CSESCO’s service team.
- Equipment or Parts requests are delivered to CSESCO’s warehouse contact, with a copy to CSESCO’s general information address.
- Installation or Construction requests are delivered to CSESCO’s project and construction contacts, with a copy to CSESCO’s general information address.
- General Question requests are delivered to CSESCO’s general information distribution list.
CSESCO personnel who receive routed website inquiries are authorized to handle those requests.
Email delivery and storage
The website uses Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 to send requests from CSESCO’s website mailbox. A copy is saved in the website mailbox’s Sent Items, and additional copies are delivered to the appropriate CSESCO recipients.
Email records are not retained for a fixed period. They may be archived, purged, or deleted as mailbox storage limits and CSESCO’s ordinary business practices require.
When a request results in a service dispatch, quote, customer follow-up, or other business activity, some or all of the submitted information may be entered into Acumatica. Acumatica records may be retained for an extended period, potentially indefinitely, as part of CSESCO’s service, quotation, accounting, and operational records.
The website itself does not store Contact-form submissions in a separate website database.
Spam prevention and diagnostics
The Contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a visually hidden honeypot field, timing checks, server-side validation, origin checks, and request-size limits to help identify automated or invalid submissions and protect the website.
Cloudflare processes technical information needed to perform the security check. This may include network and device information such as an IP address. The form also creates a random request reference so a browser result can be matched to privacy-limited server diagnostic events.
The website’s diagnostic events record processing stages and safe outcome categories. They are designed not to record Contact-form contents, names, phone numbers, email addresses, companies, locations, messages, mailbox addresses, IP addresses, cookies, request headers, user-agent strings, credentials, or secret values.
Diagnostic records are maintained by the hosting platform according to its settings and provider agreements. CSESCO does not set a specific diagnostic-retention period in the website source.
Website hosting
OpenAI provides ChatGPT Sites hosting and processes technical information needed to host, secure, maintain, and support the website.
Cookies and tracking
CSESCO has not configured analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or social-media widgets on this website. The website application does not create its own cookies or use local storage or session storage for Contact-form submissions.
The hosting platform and Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar technologies when technically necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the website and its security check. This Privacy Policy will be reviewed before analytics or additional tracking is added.
Information sharing
CSESCO may disclose submitted information:
- To authorized CSESCO personnel who need it to respond to the request.
- To the identified hosting, security, and email providers—OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Microsoft—as needed to operate the website and deliver the request.
- When reasonably necessary to carry out the requested service or related business activity.
- When required by law or legal process.
- When reasonably necessary to protect CSESCO’s rights, safety, systems, or operations.
- To professional advisers when reasonably necessary.
Security
CSESCO uses technical and operational safeguards intended to protect the website and submitted information. No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Future Parts portal
The current Parts portal is a future concept that uses sample and illustrative information. It is not connected to live CSESCO inventory, pricing, customer accounts, orders, invoices, payments, or business systems. It does not currently collect customer-profile, account, payment, order, or invoice information. This Privacy Policy must be reviewed before any production Parts portal is activated.
Telephone, email, media, and other links
Selecting a telephone or email link opens the calling or email application provided by your device or service provider. The website serves its current photographs and project video from its own hosted assets rather than a remote media embed. If you follow a link to another website or service, that provider’s privacy practices apply to your interaction with it.
Children’s privacy
This business website is not designed for children under 13. Children should not submit personal information through the Contact form.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
CSESCO may update this Privacy Policy as the website’s information practices or services change. The effective date identifies the current version.
